Trinidad Carnival 2028 Pre-Registration: Here's the Math

A group of Limin' Professionals guests in vibrant outfits enjoying a premium all-inclusive fete at Trinidad Carnival, the kind of crew forming for 2028.

Here is the simple math behind Trinidad Carnival 2028 pre-registration. More than 600 travelers are following this experience. Seven groups are already forming, some of them twenty-plus people. There are 125 spots. Demand already dwarfs supply, and pre-registration has not even opened yet.

That is not a scarcity tactic. It is just the numbers after a sold-out 2027. Here is what they mean for you, and how to make sure you are in the room when the doors open.

When is Trinidad Carnival 2028?

Carnival Monday and Tuesday fall on February 28 and 29, 2028. Our all-inclusive packages are built around those dates, with options running from February 21 through March 3 for guests adding a Tobago extension. A five-night minimum applies.

Why Trinidad Carnival 2028 pre-registration works in your favor

Yes, demand for 2028 is already ahead of where 2027 was, and 2027 sold out. But the real reason we pre-register is simpler, and it is about getting you the room you actually want.

Here is how it works. When you pre-register, you tell us what you are looking for: how many of you are traveling, the room type you prefer, and whether you want single, double, or triple occupancy. That hands us something most Carnival operators never have before they book: real numbers and real preferences, early.

In February, Ron travels to Trinidad to negotiate directly with the hotel and secure our 2028 rooms. Walking into that conversation with our guests' preferences already in hand has proven, year after year, to be the single best way to lock in the room types people actually want, including the ones that quietly sell out, before they are gone.

So pre-registering is not just about holding a spot. It is how we make sure the room you want is the room you get.

Pre-registration opens in two windows.

  • On November 15, 2026, it opens to our past and present guests, the family that built this.

  • On November 16, 2026, it opens to the public for whatever remains.

Until then, join the waiting on our Trinidad Carnival 2028 packages page so you are notified the moment your window opens.

What you are pre-registering for

This is our nineteenth Trinidad Carnival. Every package is fully all-inclusive and fully run by our team: a five-star stay at the Hyatt in the heart of Port of Spain with breakfast, private airport and event transfers, VIP access to the fete circuit, a J'Ouvert package, your road experience with YUMA for Carnival Monday and Tuesday, a private meet-and-greet, private photographers at the fetes and on the road, and white-glove concierge throughout.

Three ways to do it:

  • Rest & Revel for culture and rest with J'Ouvert and the Parade of the Bands

  • Trini Reveller for the full fete circuit, and

  • Best of Both Islands, which pairs Carnival with a restorative Tobago retreat after the road.

Your only job is to show up.

How to get first access

The order is simple. Join the waiting list now. On your window, November 15 for past and present guests or November 16 for the public, you pre-register and secure your spot. When packages launch, pre-registered guests choose first. Miss the window, and the spot may be gone before packages are even public.
