  • How far in advance should we start planning?

    Earlier than you think. For Sandals and Beaches properties, we recommend starting at least 90 days out to secure a room block and get the best available accommodations for your group. For Virgin Voyages, group bookings can go fast—especially on popular sailings. And if you're considering Trinidad Carnival, the timeline is closer to 6–12 months, as costume registration and accommodations are secured well in advance. The rule: the more people in your group and the more specific your vision, the earlier you should start.

    What's the minimum group size?

    There's no hard minimum. We've planned intimate bach experiences for six guests and full productions for 30+. What matters is that the experience is right—not that the headcount hits a number. If you have a vision and a guest list, we have a way to make it work.

    We already know where we want to go. Can you still help?

    Absolutely. If the guest of honor has always wanted to go somewhere specific, tell us. We don't limit you to a fixed menu of destinations. Our job is to make the destination work—accommodations, activities, logistics, all of it—so you're not building the trip from scratch on your own.

    Do you handle guest travel coordination as well?

    Yes. Managing the guest travel experience is central to what we do. We coordinate group flight options, resort room blocks, and airport transfers—including white-glove executive transfers via Blacklane—so your guests arrive relaxed and ready to celebrate. A seamless guest experience reflects on you, and we take that seriously.

    Our guests are flying in from multiple cities. Is that a problem?

    Not at all. Multi-origin group travel is exactly what we specialize in. We coordinate arrival logistics, communicate directly with guests about what they need before the trip, and make sure everyone arrives knowing exactly where to be and when. The organizer shouldn't have to manage 12 group chats. We handle the pre-trip communication.

    Is your bachelorette/bachelor service available to clients outside of Baltimore?

    Yes. While our headquarters are in Baltimore, Maryland, we serve discerning couples throughout the United States. Our concierge service is conducted virtually via consultation calls and our proprietary planning process, making it fully accessible regardless of where you’re located.
