Our all inclusive packages come complete with flexible payment plans. After you select your package, pay a minimum deposit (or more) and split the balance across the following months, through November, 2026. All packages must be paid in full by Nov 15, 2026.

Minimum deposit (you can pay more) required to secure your spot on the Trinidad Carnival 2027 experience:

Q1. What if my group has conflicting availability in terms of PTO etc?
That is totally fine. Everyone in your group doesn't necessarily have to be on the same package. The only requirement we have is that every ROOMMATE in a room MUST be on the same package with the same dates. This is because costs like hotel accommodation are split equally across all the roommates. The actual package members of your group select is totally up to them and the time they have available to commit to this experience.

Yes, we definitely do. We provide flexible installment options, making it easier to secure your dream luxury travel experience well in advance without the stress of one large upfront payment.

Upon registration in March, another deposit would be due, dependent on the package you actually select. Those deposit requirements will be posted on the registration form.
Q3. How much do you recommend I deposit?
Your deposit amount is all your decision. However, to keep your monthly payments as low as possible, we always recommend paying as high a deposit as you can afford.
Q4. How would I calculate my monthly payment?
This is a simple calculation:
Monthly Payment = Cost of your selected package - (Pre-Reg Deposit + Reg Deposit) / # Remaining Months in 2026.Example for a client registering in March, 2026:

This payoff calculation does not include the balance you will owe to YUMA. You are fully responsible for payment of your balance, outside of the deposit built in to your LP Package, directly to YUMA for your selected costume.

We handle everything—except your international flights to and from Trinidad (Airport Code: POS). When you land and exit customs, our drivers will be outside waiting to whisk you off to your home away from home for the duration of your stay. I addition to 5-star accommodation, tickets, packages and transfers to all events on our itinerary are all included—so you simply arrive and enjoy your luxury travel experience.
Q2. Do I need to research accommodations myself?
No. We personally vet every 5-star resort, villa, and cruise line partner to ensure your luxury travel experience exceeds expectations.
Q3. What coordination will I have to do?
Nothing—except get to Trinidad. Your flight to and from Trinidad (Airport Code: POS) is the only part of your experience not included. Our clients leave from too many ports of entry, have memberships, status, points and other cost saving methods of booking their own flights so we only offer this service upon request.
