What's Actually Included in an All-Inclusive Trinidad Carnival Package?

A Limin' Professionals guest at the Sunrise Breakfast Party, one of the premium fetes included in an all-inclusive Trinidad Carnival package

If you've asked "what's actually included?"—you're asking the single most important question about any Trinidad Carnival trip, and you're right to ask it.

"All-inclusive" is the most overused and least standardized phrase in Carnival travel. One operator's all-inclusive Trinidad Carnival package is a hotel room and a costume. Another's is a fully managed experience from the moment you land to the moment you fly home. Same word, completely different trip. So rather than tell you what the word should mean, here is exactly what's in ours—and what isn't.

What's Included in Our All-Inclusive Trinidad Carnival Packages

Every Limin' Professionals package is built around one promise: everything is arranged for you, so you just show up. Across our packages, that includes:

5-star waterfront accommodation. Your stay at the Hyatt Regency Trinidad in downtown Port of Spain—walking access to the city, Gulf views, and daily buffet breakfast included. Choose a King room (up to 2 guests) or a 2 Double Bed room (up to 3 guests).

Private airport transfers + event transport. Private airport pickup and drop-off, plus transfers to and from every event on your itinerary—including J'Ouvert and your band on Carnival Monday and Tuesday. No figuring out how to get anywhere.

VIP tickets to premium fetes. Entry to a curated set of the season's premium fetes. The number scales with your package length (more nights, more fetes)—our rest-focused option includes none by design (more on that below).

A Dirty Dozen J'Ouvert package. Your full pre-dawn J'Ouvert experience, handled.

YUMA costume coordination + Parade of the Bands. As an official YUMA affiliate, we coordinate your registration, costume selection guidance, and roundtrip transfers for costume collection—then you play mas with YUMA on both parade days.

Private professional photography + an individual costume shoot. A dedicated photography team capturing the experience, plus your own solo costume shoot.

A professional massage and personalized concierge service. A recovery massage, and a real human managing the details all week.

Daily buffet breakfast is included, and meals are covered at all-inclusive (food-and-drink) events on your itinerary.

Three Ways to Do It: Choose Your Pace

"All-inclusive" doesn't mean one-size-fits-all. We build three tiers so the package matches how you want to experience Carnival:

Rest & Revel. Rest and relaxation with just the essential revelry—no fetes, just de mas (J'Ouvert and playing mas with YUMA). For those who want the road without the full fete circuit.

Trini Reveller. The full Trinidad experience—fetes, J'Ouvert, and mas—with VIP fete access scaling by length of stay.

Best of Both Islands. Everything in the Trinidad experience, plus a day trip to the sister isle of Tobago.

All packages have a 5-night minimum and are custom-curated around Carnival Monday and Tuesday (February 8–9, 2027), with options spanning February 1–12.

What's NOT Included (So There Are No Surprises)

Just as important as what's in—knowing what's out, plainly, so nothing surprises you later:

International flights. Your airfare to and from Trinidad is your own responsibility; our packages are land-only.

Your costume cost. This is the one most operators blur, so we say it clearly: the cost of your YUMA costume is not included in the package price. Costume payments are made directly through yumavibe.com for instant confirmation. We remain your official YUMA affiliate and handle everything else—registration coordination, selection guidance, and transfers for collection.

Events on your arrival day. We intentionally don't schedule ticketed events on the day you land, in case of flight delays. Your first event is the day after you arrive.

Most meals. Daily breakfast and food/drink at all-inclusive events are covered; other meals are on you.

Optional add-ons—professional makeup, grooming, a private Trinidad tour, and a caregiver (room-only) option—are available if you want them.

How Pricing and Booking Work

Packages are priced per person by room type, occupancy (own room, double, or triple), and length of stay—because inclusions like fete count change with duration, the exact price for your dates lives on the packages deck. Sharing a room lowers your per-person cost; a 2 Double Bedroom sleeps up to three.

Deposits start at just US$999 per guest (US$1,500 for a single), with flexible payment plans and the balance due by November 15, 2026. Traveling solo? We offer roommate matching. When you're ready, registration is three quick steps: the registration form, the travel agreement, and your deposit.

One Last Thing

The confusion around "all-inclusive" was never your fault—the term was never standardized. But it's the easiest thing in the world to cut through: ask for the list. We just gave you ours.
